Wellington Personal Trainer, Sarah Holliday, started SAH Performance to help people, to share my knowledge and passion for health and wellbeing. She wanted to be able to offer one on one training, pre and post-natal, rehab training, nutrition plans and specific sports related training to people in a private studio or as a mobile trainer.
Sarah has a BSc Degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Winchester, UK. She is a level 4 qualified personal trainer, qualified in pre and post-natal training, as a nutritional advisor and currently work out of TBI Health as an exercise therapist with pre an post op, injury rehab and work with hip, knee and spine osteoarthritis patients.
She has worked as a personal trainer for 8 years in various gyms and as a mobile trainer, training clients for their weddings, rehabbing injuries, during and after their pregnancies, helping people to reduce their body fat, improve their diet, improve their confidence and many other things, but finally she have started up her own studio. This space offers you a private studio to train, away from noise and other people, so all you have to focus on is yourself and what you want from the sessions. Sarah also offer mobile training and nutrition; and she can come to you! Anyone without transportation, who can’t get out of work, or with kids, Sarah can come and train you in the comfort of your own home!
Sarah believes everyone is different, and the process to achieving goals is different. She want to help educate you on why things may hurt, why we are doing exercises, and how it will help you achieve your goals. She work with you to help you understand this, setting short term goals to achieve your overall long term goal.
Sarah prides herself with bringing good energy, a big smile and a wealth of knowledge, understanding and experience delivering a first class service. Whatever your goal, she can help you achieve it!
