  • Adaptable to Your Space: No equipment? No problem! Our program is designed to deliver exceptional results without the need for fancy gym machinery. We’ll show you how to use your body weight and simple household items to achieve an effective workout. If you’re a gym enthusiast, we can also customise a program that maximises your gym membership.
  • Guided In-Person Sessions: To keep you on the right track, our program features three in-person sessions: One at the beginning- this includes a consultation and a movement session looking at areas of strength and weakness, as well as running through exercises. The second is at 4 weeks; here we will be looking to change your program advance some areas, and go through these new movements. Then the final at 8 weeks, this will be discussing the next steps as well as having a final workout session, ether focusing on specific areas or having a tailored PT session. These three sessions provide hands-on guidance, form correction, and an extra dose of motivation to keep you on track for the 8 weeks.
  • Online Convenience: Life can be demanding, but that doesn’t mean your fitness should suffer. With the 8-week program being online its for you to do at your convenience, to fit in around work, family time or even weather!!

During this 8 week period I will be available to answer any questions you may have via text or email.

  • Nutrition Guidance: In addition to your 8-week online program you will be given access to a document with some handy nutrition guidance.  This  documents talks about meal structure, snack ideas, what too look out for on package labels, what to try to avoid and why nutrition is important.  This will give you tools to make dietary changes to accompany your 8 week program, to get the best results.
