SAH Performance offers one on one personal training in a private studio or your home and small group sessions focused on motivating, teaching and helping you achieve your goals. Each session is bespoke to your needs and lifestyle, guiding you to become happy, healthy and pain free.
My aim is to help you achieve your goals. Group sessions can be with your partner, friend or work colleague. Please note, no more than 3 per group. These are perfect for anyone needing some extra training or anyone struggling to get out and move but has done some training before. They are also a cheaper way to train.
