SAH Performance offers one on one personal training sessions either 30, 45 or 1 hour long. A free consultation is offered prior to signing up where we discuss your needs, goals and what is the best session plan for you. This is the same for at the studio or mobile sessions.
TRANSFORMATION PLANS
SAH Performance also offers transformation programs; 6 weeks or 12 weeks, these programs are ideal for anyone with a weight targeted goal, big occasion coming up, needing a big kickstart to training and nutrition or a lifestyle overhaul.
WHATS INCLUDED
With both programs, you get an initial consultation; 1 and half hours for nutrition and training. During this, we discuss your current habits, sleep, stress, general lifestyle, and what your long term goals are. At the end of the consultation, we set achievable short term goals which will lead to your long term goal in no time. We discuss how they will be achieved, what I expect from you and what you can expect from me. I will create your meal plans and training plans based on what is discussed. Each program is bespoke, but all programs include two 45-minute training sessions per week and one 30 min nutrition/lifestyle follow up each week.
After completing either the 6 or 12 week program we will have a final review session, where we discuss your outcomes, how you are feeling, and next steps. Throughout the programs and once they are completed you are not alone! I am here for questions throughout and after the program is finished!
