He has a depth of knowledge accompanied with him understanding and experience of different client needs, he’s a very patient trainer who will make you feel at easy and comfortable.

Alec’s specialty is sport specific training & strength and conditioning. He loves incorporating boxing and kickboxing into training sessions.

He is also great if you’ve never stepped foot in a gym but want to get fit and learn about weight training.
