Becoming pregnant is so special but can be scary! Everything you know about training you are now questioning, what happens once you’ve given birth?
I can answer those questions. I offer pre and post natal training starting any time during your pregnancy, or to get you fit and strong to conceive.

Sessions will be tailored to your constantly changing body, the intensity of your energy, and also any morning sickness experienced. Your baby’s health and safety are my priority.
