Nutrition plans to support your goals and lifestyle.

I offer nutrition management and eating plans for anyone wanting advice and help with weight loss, improving their health, or those wanting a more structured plan.

Every Journey begins with a consultation so I can fully understand your goals, the areas you want help with and how much structure you would like or need your plan to have. We discuss goals and lifestyle, how the changes will work with your life and what’s manageable for you. It is also when I will look at your current food choices and nutrient intake and form a healthy customised eating plan taking into consideration any adjustments necessary for each client, for example, I can work with all diet types whether you are lactose intolerant, gluten free, keto, paleo, vegetarian or vegan, etc.

Depending on how much structure you want will determine what plan I create for you. I create macro based plans keeping it very simple for you to follow, or I can create a more structured plan, this will all be determined in the initial consultation.

After two weeks of the new plan, we will have a follow up and discuss how you have found things, what works, what doesn’t, how your body is finding it and will make any necessary adjustments to your plan. 

Further assessments will be taken place thereafter based on your requirements. I understand this can be overwhelming for some people, so there will always be full support and I will always be available for advice, be it in person or from the comfort of your own home via video or phone call.
