Happy New Year everyone, I hope you have had amazing breaks and have been able to enjoy whatever endeavours you’ve undertaken. As usual I have been up in the Far North with family enjoying the sun in between bouts of torrential rain.
This time of year there is a lot of talk about new year resolutions. Things like new year new me are often thrown about. However, like many others I don’t believe you need to wait till the new year to make changes or goals. I don’t like resolutions as they can be very concrete and aren’t necessarily broken up into achievable goals.
When it comes to a new year I like to:
1. Look back at what I have achieved and check in on any goals I have set
2. Think about and confirm whether these goals are still appropriate and if not, tweak them or make some new ones
3. Devise a plan around how you want to achieve said new or existing goals
I also like to think about these goals in different categories. Business/work, health (mental and physical), social and financial. One of my goals for this year is to continue to build on my business and increase my social media presence. One of my financial ones is to save more, invest and plan a big trip away in 2024.
As always, if you need any help or are looking to achieve some nutrition or fitness goals just send me an email or a message. I would be glad to help.
